Your price is protected
For every project RBD accepts under the Price Promise, the price cannot increase by more than 15% from the online price.
Most installations fall comfortably within our 15% Price Promise. Very occasionally, we may uncover conditions that make a standard installation unusually difficult or expensive. If the verified project would require an increase greater than 15%, we’ll explain the conditions clearly and may provide a separate quote. You can choose whether to proceed, and RBD may also decide that the project is not a suitable fit. No work begins without your approval.
Starting prices include the furnace equipment plus the required standard installation labour. Air conditioning and a new thermostat are optional add-ons.

Strong manufacturer coverage comes with every furnace.
Register online with Napoleon within 60 days of installation to qualify for the full limited warranty, subject to eligibility and complete terms. RBD supports your registration; optional True North plans add separate RBD labour coverage, are not included in online pricing, and are never required for Napoleon coverage. They can be discussed at your in-home verification appointment.
Unit replacement applies only to an eligible heat-exchanger failure during the stated window, with the remedy chosen by Napoleon at its discretion. Manufacturer coverage does not include labour, diagnosis, service or repair charges, or freight. Complete Napoleon terms control.
